New from TOYOTA: the EXPERT ESP9100Net Embroidery Machine

This embroidery machine is available as a 6 or 15 colour modular unit.

The TOYOTA ESP9100Net has all the latest features and benefits of a top quality Japanese made high speed embroidery machine capable of embroidering at speeds of up to 1200 stitches per minute. It has a 6 or 15 colour automatic colour change needle system, a large embroidery field 50cm X 36cm as standard (with an optional attachment increasing this to 100cm X 36cm).

The TOYOTA ESP9100Net is controlled via many different options, a PC or lap top computer can be used allowing the operator to see the design being embroidered, edit add lettering to the design via the software program, or a USB memory stick or via wireless LAN using also a PDA.

Other features include an extra wide area cap frame attachment, this comes with 2 loading stations, also a full range of both tubular and flat hoops, we offer a beautiful Sequin attachment to make any fabric look special. A beam sensor for added safety can be incorporated as can a position marker to easily establish a start point.

We also offer a heavy duty clamp sets for horse blankets and carpets, a clamp for football boots, training shoes and belts, and a clamp system for embroidering close to the edge of garments.

Whilst these are not the only accessories available for the TOYOTA ESP9100Net they are the main ones, this together with the ease of use and reliability make the ESP9100Net probably the best package on the market.

If we use a PC or Lap top computer we have available an Expert Stitch Manager software program to control many TOYOTA ESP9100Net embroidery machines. This allows the person sitting at the computer to see clearly what each machine is embroidering and how far through the process each machine is, and how it will take to complete. This is a total production control software with a feedback from the machine to the operator.

Also available as an option, is network design creation software which can be used in education, as many operators can access the software to digitise at any one time.

The TOYOTA ESP9100Net has completed the C.E. safety test, this is a machine test that should be carried out in Europe and ensures the safety of the users.
